Neznam meni link radi. Sto se tice Apple-tv-a neznam jeli to nesto sto bi bilo nezaboravno. Kako su napisali izgleda koda je neku update pravo dobar. Neznam sta bi mogli izbaciti da bude tako nezaboravno. Plus Apple Tv nije u svim zemljama svijeta tako da nevjerujem da je to. Meni zvuci kao nesto revolucijarno. Medjutim mozda je samo Apple marketing kao i uvijek.

GreenPois0n iOS 4.2.1 Tethered Jailbreak to Release Within a Few Days
The well known iPhone developer and hacker Joshua Hill of the Chronic Dev Team has provided an ETA for the arrival of updated GreenPois0n jailbreak tool for the newly released iOS 4.2.1 firmware. For those of you who don’t know, GreenPois0n is based on Geohot’s Limera1n bootrom exploit which has already pwned all current iOS devices for life. The only problem is that it is a tethered jailbreak, which means you will have to boot it into a “jailbroken state” using a tool like Redsn0w on every reboot.
This so called tethered or semi-tethered jailbreak however only applies to the new devices like: iPhone 3GS (new bootrom), iPhone 4, iPad, iPod touch 2G (MC Model), iPod touch 3G and the iPod touch 4G. Old devices like iPhone 3GS (old bootrom), iPhone 3G and iPod touch 2G (Non-MC Model) can be jailbroken-untethered right now using tools such as Redsn0wGreenPois0n should be updated to support 4.2.1 (tethered or semitethered) within a few days.
So until and unless Comex of Spirit and JailbreakMe fame comes up with another untethered hack for iOS 4.2.1, the jailbreak we get for the newer devices will be tethered (or semi-tethered).

MacStories's being tipped from a reliable source that iOS 4.2.1 was delayed and released after its released date. Anyway, before the WiFi issues were discovered, Apple was already planning to release a new build of iOS 4.x in mid-December. Most specifically, they were planning for an iOS 4.3 release on December 13th, which is a Monday.
Here’s what we heard from a reliable source: when Apple didn’t know about the WiFi issues in the GM seed of iOS 4.2, the OS was scheduled to be released weeks before Nov. 22nd. Apple found out about the WiFi issues, released a second GM build and iOS 4.2 came out yesterday. It came out in November, but it should have been out in the first half of November. Anyway, before the WiFi issues were discovered, Apple was already planning to release a new build of iOS 4.x in mid-December. Most specifically, they were planning for an iOS 4.3 release on December 13th, which is a Monday.
Our source tells us it is unclear whether the “extra time” that was required to ship iOS 4.2 (actually, it’s iOS 4.2.1) will cause a delay for the rumored release of iOS 4.3 on December 13th or not. iOS 4.3 should, however, include bug fixes and maintenance of the code. It’s likely that 4.3 will also address the initial issues found in AirPlay, but we can’t confirm this just yet.

The iPhone Dev-Team has made good progress on the iOS 4.2.1 unlock and it should be available by Sunday for the iPhone 3G and 3GS. The iPhone 4 unlock will require a bit more time, according to MuscleNerd.
Good progress today...everything is on track for updated ultrasn0w by Sunday/Funday at the latest (longer for iPhone4!)

Not a Good Time for iPhone Unlockers
As it turns out, unlocked devices trying to upgrade to 4.2.1 will get locked on Recovery Mode and would not be able to use the device again until the device is restored via iTunes to an unlocked version of the OS:
Just yesterday, BigBoss got a tip that Apple had installed a baseband requirement for iOS, meaning that if you are running an unlocked phone and attempt to update to the latest iOS, you could get stuck in recovery mode until you restore to a regular version of the iOS via iTunes.
So what does this mean?
BigBoss recommends that unlockers stay as far away from iOS 4.2 as possible, even if for development.
If you’re not sure what unlocking means, then this won’t apply. Instead, I recommend that you readthis piece (oldie, but a goodie) on the difference between jailbreaking and unlocking before trying to make sense of what baseband and/or modems have to do with your iPhone.

Samo cu ovo reci, lol.U SAMO 24 sata nakon što je Apple najavio dostupnost svojeg novog mobilnog operacijskog sustava iOS 4.2.1. nazvavši ga "gotovo nesalomljivim", hakeri iz skupine Dev-Team su ga uspješno probili. Novi sustav namijenjen je Appleovom pametnom telefonu iPhone, tabletnom računalu iPad te nedavno predstavljenom iPod Touch.
Novi OS korisnicima omogućava bolju uređenost njihovih aparata jer su dostupne mape u koje se može spremiti do 20 poveznica prema programima. Također, iOS 4.2.1. donosi i AirPrint koji omogućava printanje dokumenata iz iPhonea, iPada ili iPoda Tpuch preko Wi-Fi-ja.
Iako su tvorci novoga sustava tvrdili da je protupiratska zaštita njihovog novog sustava "gotovo nesalomljiva", nadobudni hakeri su je probili u manje od 24 sata nakon što su tek neznatno dopunili svoj hakerski alat redsnOw koji koristi sigurnosne nedostatke bootloadera. Apple ove nedostatke može "zakrpati" samo izdavanjem novih prijenosnih naprava.

The illusive white iPhone 4 was first delayed back on the launch day when it was pushed to July, the second one was in July when it was delayed till “until later this year”. And then recently, Apple delayed it again until spring 2011 before removing it altogether from their online Apple Store site.
Light-leakage was tipped as the number reason behind all these delays.
But now, 9to5Mac has a shot of some new signage in Apple Stores which states that: “The white iPhone will be available Spring 2011”.When the white iPhone 4 takes a photograph, the semi-translucent glass cases leaks extra light into the camera which absolutely ruins photographs. Cult of Mac’s source said, “You don’t get accurate pictures on the white iPhone because of the color of the glass back. It washes out the pictures”. The source also said that Apple might have to do a complete redesign of the white iPhone 4 to deal with the light leaks.
