Episode 1 - “A Tale of Two Cities”
The episode begins with a new character, Juliet, preparing for a book club meeting in a modern suburban home, but things are going wrong. She cries as she listens to a CD recording of Petula Clark's "Downtown," and she burns her hand as she tries to grab burning muffins out of the oven, scattering them on the floor of the kitchen just as the doorbell rings. The club is in the middle of a heated discussion of Stephen King's Carrie[2], a novel about misfits, bullying and telekinesis, when they are interrupted by what sounds like an earthquake. The group leaves Juliet's house and, looking for the source of the shaking, and "Ben", previously known as "Henry Gale" to the survivors, appears along with Ethan. They all look up to watch Oceanic Flight 815 break apart in mid-air. "Ben" quickly orders Goodwin and Ethan to join the survivors, stay undercover, and provide "lists in three days." The camera zooms out to reveal that the suburb is actually on the Island and is inhabited by The Others.

Episode 2 - “The Glass Ballerina”
On the sailboat, Sun, Jin, and Sayid worry that Jack's party has not shown up. They argue about what to do, with Sayid wanting to sail to a new location, and Jin refusing, but Sun goes against her husband to agree with Sayid. They find the Others' dock, where they build a signal fire to try and lure the Others into an ambush.

Episode 3 - “Further Instructions”
Locke wakes up in the jungle and sees a naked Desmond run by, but Locke cannot speak. Eko’s stick falls from above nearly hitting him. In the frame of Eko's church, he builds a sweat lodge and convinces Charlie to stand guard. Locke takes an hallucinogenic drug and enters the lodge in order to "speak with the Island." There, Boone appears to help him "find [his] way again, so that [he] can bring the family back together". Boone wheels Locke through the Sydney airport where he tells him someone is "in serious danger." He first sees Claire and Charlie together with Aaron and later encounters Desmond and Hurley in separate incidents but Boone deems Locke unable to save any of them. Locke then sees Jack, Kate, and Sawyer going through a security check run by Benjamin Linus but is told there is nothing he can do for them yet; first he must "clean up [his] own mess." Locke finds Eko’s stick covered in blood and Boone tells him "they have him, you don't have much time". Upon exiting the sweat lodge he sees a flash of a polar bear. He recovers his ability to speak and tells Charlie he is going to save Eko.

Episode 4 - “Every Man for Himself”
The episode starts with Juliet bringing in food for Jack. Jack questions the Others' chain of command; Juliet insists on her autonomy, but is undermined when Ben interrupts them to call Juliet away to a situation involving "the sub". We then see Kate and Sawyer witness several Others bringing back a wounded Colleen, who was shot by Sun in "The Glass Ballerina." Sawyer recognizes Colleen, maybe partly from Pickett's reaction, and tells Kate that Colleen's injuries were inflicted by someone on their side, and will give them a ticket out of their captivity.

Episode 5 - “The Cost of Living”
It fades back to Eko, who appears to be in a comatose state, as Sayid, who has returned from the two-day trip to the other side of the island, is checking on him. As he and Charlie are leaving, Eko is snapped out of his trance when his brother Yemi appears to him, holding a lighter and telling him that it is time for Eko to confess his sins. Meanwhile, as Sayid and Charlie are walking away, the hut that Eko is in has now seemingly caught on fire, and Sayid races to put it out as Charlie pulls Eko out of the fire. Once the fire is put out, they are surprised to find that Eko is gone.

Episode 6 - “I Do”
On the island, Jack checks Ben's x-rays and medical file. He tells Ben the tumor in his x-rays, which were taken a week earlier, is "borderline inoperable" and in about a week it will become completely inoperable. Ben responds by telling Jack he has anything he needs at his disposal, but Jack then says that he never agreed to do the surgery and only wanted Ben to understand how he was going to die. Ben later says that he is very disappointed with Jack's decision and Jack responds by saying, "At least you won't have to be disappointed very long."

Episode 7 - “Not in Portland”
The episode begins with a flashback featuring Juliet in Miami, caring for her ill sister. She injects a drug into her stomach. Later, she goes to the hospital where she works to steal more of the drug (which is in a bottle similar to the one we saw at the DHARMA station where Claire was kept), and is soon discovered by her boss and ex-husband Edmund Burke, who is with another woman.

On the island, Jack holds Ben hostage in the operating room as Kate and Sawyer escape. Jack learns that the three have been on a second island. Meanwhile, Kate and Sawyer flee into the jungle to escape from the Others.

Episode 8 - “Flashes Before Your Eyes”
Charlie and Hurley ransack Sawyer's stash of hidden goods. Desmond approaches and asks them to come with him. In the jungle, they meet Locke and Sayid. Locke informs them that Eko has been killed and that they need Charlie and Hurley to remain calm as an example to the others when they break the news. Charlie wants to know how Eko died; when Locke says the island killed him, he grows angry and demands a better answer, while Desmond grows increasingly uneasy. Suddenly, Desmond sprints off; the other four follow him. He runs down to the beach, dives in, swims out and rescues Claire. Charlie wonders aloud how Desmond knew Claire was drowning; Hurley tells him that Desmond can see the future.

Episode 9 - “Stranger in a Strange Land”
Sawyer and Kate are seen on Alex's canoe with an unconscious Karl, paddling away from the Hydra island. Kate suggests returning for Jack; however, Sawyer refuses. Tom handcuffs Jack and moves him out of his room. In the hallway, Tom and Jack pass a handcuffed Juliet and an older woman, whom Tom reveals to be the 'sheriff' named Isabel. Tom also informs Jack that Juliet is in trouble.

Kate and Sawyer land on the main island and question Karl about the Others. Karl reveals that the Others work on the Hydra island but live on the main island.

Episode 10 - “Tricia Tanaka Is Dead”
The show opens with a flashback: young Hurley joins his father, David Reyes, over an old car. He asks Hurley to start the car, even though there is no carburetor. When young Hurley states the obvious ("the car won't start without a carburetor"), David assures him good things happen when you believe they will, and that in this world you have to "make your own luck." Hurley's father tells Hurley he is leaving "for some work in Las Vegas" but will be "back before you know it." As David rides away, the mother is looking sadly out the window, Hurley is eating a "Glacier" chocolate bar, given to him by his father.

Episode 11 - “Enter 77”
Sawyer notices Paulo with one of his magazines, who explains that "they share things now". After seeing that the castaways have set up a ping-pong table, Sawyer decides to challenge someone to a game to retrieve his "stash". Sun decides that if he loses, he has to give up using colorful nicknames for a week.

Episode 12 - “Par Avion”
The episode opens with a Claire flashback. She wakes up with blood trickling from an open gash on the side of her forehead. It starts to become clear that she has been in a car accident, as the windshield is shattered, the airbags are deployed, and pieces of glass are in her hair (which happens to be jet black instead of her usual blonde). She begins to panic when she sees a woman lying in the middle of the street in front of the car, not moving, clearly a passenger in the accident. Claire tries to open up the door, but it is stuck, so she climbs through the broken windshield and runs to the woman. She kneels down and begins screaming out, as she shakes the woman trying to wake her up. This woman is Claire's mother.

Episode 13 - “The Man from Tallahassee”
In a flashback, Locke is denied his disability benefits. It is revealed that he is suffering from depression and has ceased treatment.

In the bushes outside the Others' compound, Locke, Sayid, Kate and Rousseau watch as Jack and Tom play football. Unnoticed, Rousseau slips away. Juliet comes out, and then Ben rolls out in a wheelchair and shakes Jack's hand. Jack smiles, and they all go inside. The survivors are shocked. Kate is angry; she locks and loads her rifle, ready to fight. But Sayid cautions her. Maybe Jack does not want to be rescued. Kate insists that the Others have done something to Jack.

Episode 14 - “Exposé”
The episode begins with Nikki breathing heavily and running through the jungle. She frantically buries a small bag. On the beach of the island, Hugo "Hurley" Reyes and James "Sawyer" Ford are playing ping pong. Nikki stumbles out of the jungle and falls to the ground. As Hurley and Sawyer rush to her, she says something barely audible. She is soon pronounced dead.

In flashbacks taking place in the days before the crash, Nikki is guest starring on the popular Charlie's Angels-like TV show Exposé that films in Sydney, Australia. She is also having an affair with the septuagenarian executive producer, Howard Zuckerman, who is married and very wealthy, while Paulo works as his chef. Paulo poisons his food, and the couple steals his bag of diamonds, which are worth $8 million.

Episode 15 - “Left Behind”
Kate is held captive by the Others. When Juliet comes to bring her food, Kate attempts to attack her, but Juliet quickly overpowers her. Soon after, Locke comes in to say good-bye and that he is leaving with the Others. Locke tells her he does not want to go home; he explains that he made a strong case for her but then they told him who she was and what she had done.

In a flashback to Iowa, Kate's car breaks down and is towed into a service station. She overhears a man and a woman arguing. The woman is Cassidy, whom Sawyer trained to be a grifter and all of whose money he stole. She is working the jewelry con on the man. He is not buying it and wants to call the police. Kate tells the man her father was a jeweler, and the jewelry is not fake. They have drinks together and Cassidy asks why Kate did not want the police there. Kate says her stepfather was a bad man, so she killed him, escaped from the US marshal, who arrested her and now she is back to talk to her mother. Cassidy offers to help. She says she was conned and embarrassed by a "bad guy," too, and that one of them deserves something good.

Episode 16 - “One of Us”
Kate, Sayid, Juliet, and Jack trek back to the beach camp. As they stop for the night Jack explains to Kate the deal he made with Ben, saying that he kept his head down and did not ask questions. Though Jack is talking to her, Kate feels an emotional distance between them. Sayid questions Juliet but Jack returns and tells Sayid to leave her alone and that she is under his protection. Juliet confesses to Jack that she is nervous about joining the beach camp.

Episode 17 - “Catch-22”
The episode starts off with Desmond, Hurley, Jin and Charlie walking through the jungle, talking about superheroes, when Charlie suddenly springs one of Rousseau's traps, and is consequently shot in the throat by an arrow. Desmond tries to give him aid, but Charlie dies in his arms. We then see a string of flashes - Hurley lifting a cable out of the sand, a red light dropping from the sky, Jin holding a parachute in the jungle, and a person stuck in a tree.

Episode 18 - “D.O.C.”
In flashbacks, we see Sun in a park. A middle-aged woman sitting next to her points out Sun's wedding photograph in the newspaper and inquires if that's her. Sun affirms that it is. The woman suggests that it would be embarrassing if the world were to find out that a daughter from the wealthy Paik family had married a man with a shameful past. Sun says that she knows Jin is the son of a fisherman and doesn't care; the woman retorts that he is also the son of a prostitute. The woman then demands a hundred thousand dollars in three days or else she will expose Jin's past.

Episode 19 - “The Brig”
Kate wakes up during the night next to Sawyer, and after they briefly talk she leaves. Sawyer steps outside to relieve himself and spots Hurley and Jin standing outside a tent. After a quick conversation with them, Sawyer heads into the jungle, where he is confronted by Locke. Locke tells him that he has infiltrated the Others' camp and has taken Ben hostage, and needs Sawyer to kill him. Sawyer questions why Locke would come to him, and Locke explains that, thanks to the files the Others have on all of the Flight 815 survivors, he knows that Sawyer killed a man in Sydney. Locke turns and leaves, and Sawyer reluctantly follows.

Episode 20 - “The Man Behind the Curtain”
The Others, at their new camp, appear somewhat shocked as Locke arrives carrying his father's body on his back. He meets with Ben, who tells him that the true leader of the Others is named Jacob. Locke demands that they go to Jacob, but Ben tells him that is impossible. Soon after, Mikhail stumbles into the camp and tells Ben about Naomi, claiming the sonic defense system's power was not set strong enough at the time to kill him. Locke says Ben can't take care of that problem right now, because they are on their way to meet Jacob. Ben is forced to take Locke after he beats Mikhail unconscious while several of the onlooking Others do nothing to intervene.

Episode 21 - “Greatest Hits”
The episode begins with Karl running through the jungle and getting on an outrigger canoe and paddling off in haste. In the next scene, several castaways are walking over a plain with Jack leading them. Along the way, Desmond has another premonition but refuses to tell Charlie what it is about. After Sayid asks why they were led there, Jack calls out to Danielle, who then causes a tree to explode, using dynamite she has collected from the Black Rock (which explains why she went there in "The Brig"). Jack explains that the Others are going to come to kidnap the pregnant women, but he intends to hide dynamite in their tents, and use it to kill the Others when they arrive.

The Others arrive, but Jin misses his target, which results in their capture by the Others: Tom, Ryan Pryce and Jason.

4. sezona će se počet prikazivat u 2. mj 2008

ne znam kako ću to izdržat, jer kraj 3 sezone, zadna epizoda je bio fenomenalan!
nema bolje serije od ove. ajd, ima, scrubs (stažist), ali to je drugi "žanr"
