mpeg 2 problem!!!!

Hello!Can someone help me,I need a program with I can cut mpeg2 file?
But it has to be good,so whan i cut the file the sound and picture must be synchronizate,that the sound and picture dont late.
Please direct link to take off this program!!!THANKS
p.s.- I cut mpge2 file,because I whant to save on DVD file,with TMPGEnc DVD Author

al ak registriras radi normalno.
