Evo da nepišem sve, našao sam na jednom forumu da isto ljudi imaju ovakvih problema pa cu samo kopirat:

Motorola Phone Tools version 4.0: I received my new Razr V3x yesterday from 3, and the phone seems to be fine, haven't had time to try all functions yet as I've been wasting my time since receiving the phone trying to get Mobile phone tools to run on my laptop (Sony Vaio VGN-A297XP). At the end of the install an error message stated that "the installation program was unable to run a file called PBKInstall.dll", when I clicked OK the installation seemed to finish normally. Except the program didn't autorun after finishing the install. So,I clicked the desktop icon to run the program for the first time and an error message appeared saying "The program failed to start because a required file GRCONV.dll is missing" I found a copy of a file called GrConv.dll on dlldump website and dropped it in the root folder of the program. Try again.. another error message appeared saying "The program failed to start because a required file Comm.dll is missing", same script as before and then another error message saying "The program failed to start because a required file supersub.dll was missing". Back to dlldump.com and another dll file downloaded. Then the program refused to start saying "The procedure entry point ?Pause@CComm@QAEHXZ could not be located in the dynamic link library comm.dll" This is really getting on my nerves, does anyone please know where I can get the required files from so that I can get this program working on this computer?

Potpuno je isto meni bilo, samo je u mene Motorola Phone Tools 4.04b i nije na laptopu nego na PC-u.

jel ti palo na pamet skinut neku drugu verziju MPT-a

ovo mi je bio jedno 6.-7. download MPT-a u 2 dana...sve verzije koje sam našao...

A da probas neki drugi program,imas ih gomilu sa istim opcijama kao i MPT.Kao npr. P2K Tools ili Motorola Explorer (naravno pre toga moras imati pravilno instalirane drajvere).
