Mobile Internet for high-quality Skype calls

Dear all,

I am from the US and will be traveling to Croatia and staying on Vis Island for 2 weeks.

I'll need to access Internet regularly for my work, which consists mostly of sending e-mails and making + receiving Skype calls. The call quality has to be reliable as I can't have it jittering or cutting off mid-call.

Can someone advise whether I should purchase Tele 2, VIP, or T-Mobile if I wanted to maximize geographical coverage as well as broadband access/VoIP reliability?
