Ovo je poruka koju sam poslao ducanu (sancta domenica) ..ugl skuzit cete i sami iz teksta sto se dogodilo..pa molim za pomoc ..zato sto mi oni ne zele dati novi uredaj ili vratiti novac..a ocito je da su mi prodali uredaj s neorginalnim display-em..i mogu li kako provjeriti dali kada je mijenjan display kako bi dokazao da su to oni promijenili (da je datum zamjene prije nego sto sam ga kupio)

Prije godinu i pol dana sam kupio uređaj(galaxy s6) u vašem dućanu. Prije dva tjedna došlo je do kvara uređaja(punjenje) .Garancija mi traje još pola godine. Odnio sam uređaj u Smartson(Gundulićeva) jer mi je rečeno da ce tamo biti brže popravljeno .Oni mi sljedeći dan javljaju da mi ne žele popravljati mobitel zato što nemam orginal prednje staklo(ekran) te da ako želim popravak moram platiti. Ja NIKADA NISAM ništa popravljao niti mijenjao na tom uređaju! Sljedeći dan idem nazad po uređaj te ga nosim u dućan(SD Arena Samsung) gdje sam ga i kupio. Tamo mi govore da je sve uredu s mobitelom ,da je ekran orginal te da će ga oni popraviti(poslati na servis) . Kažu da ovi iz Smartsona pričaju gluposti te da već duže vrijeme imaju problema s njima. Meni sad ništa nije jasno. Jedni govore da mi je mobitel kopija ,a drugi da nije. Nakon dva tjedna dobivam poziv iz tog drugog servisa te mi govore istu stvar(neće popraviti mobitel jer ekran kako kažu "nije orginal" ). Sad mi tek ništa nije jasno. Uređaj je kupljen u samsungovom dućanu u arena centru te nikada nije ništa mijenjano ,a ispada da je. Naravno oni mi ne vjeruju da ja nisam mjenjao ekran. I lud sam sad. Vjerujem da postoji način da se dokaže da je mobitel (očito) otvaran prije nego što sam ga uopće kupio. Pitao sam kolegu u dučanu da mi pokaže što to ne valja s mojim uređajem. Pokazao mi je na prednjoj strani uređaja gdje piše "samsung" vidljivo je da su slova kao uokvirena(isto kao i izložbeni primjerci u vašim dućanima) . Kada sam to pokazao vašem kolegi prodavaću on je rekao da su to demo uređaji koji nisu za prodaju, a prije tog je za moj uređaj govorio da je ekran kopija... Ispada da ste mi (vaš kolega) prodali uređaj koji nije namijenjen za prodaju ili uređaj koji nema orginal ekran. Uređaj se jos nalazi u servisnom centru te ga trebaju poslati u ducan. Rečeno mi je da će uređaj biti u dućanu danas(12.12.2016.) te da će mi e kolege javiti, no naravno nitko se ne javlja. Popravak mobitela mi trenutno nije primarni problem nego (ne)isprvanost uređaja kojeg ste mi prodali i zato zahtjevam povrat novaca ili novi uređaj u istoj vrijednosti. Molio bih vas da ovu poruku shvatite ozbiljno te da mi pomognete u rješavanju problema.

Da, ovo je jako tesko dokazati. A sto ti se sad pokvarilo? Tojest sto treba popraviti? Nema veze za ekran, ako dobro radi, to je samsungov amoled ali mozda druga klasa, ako si zadovoljan s njim, on je ok.
