pošto vidim da na ovom forumu za MPx-e ima jako malo stvari pa bi mogli u ovom thredu jednostavno sve to promjenit evo za početak:

uputstva:
UPDATE ROM-A

Pokrenite Motorola Offline Updater i slijedite instrukcije na ekranu.
Zatražit će vas .MLF file ,pronaći ćete ga u folderu gdje ste otpakirali ROM.
Mpx bi trebao biti ugašen dok vas program ne zatraži da ga upalite.tj. dok ne selektirate traženi file.
Kad je gotov UPDATE isključite pa uključite telefon.
Do kraja boot up procesa može proći 7min.
Mpx je kod paljenja i gašenja vrlo glasan ,zvukove možete ugasiti po instrukcijama dolje.

POČETNA KONFIGURACIJA

Windowsi su nakon UPDATE-a na kineskom jeziku ,sljedćim postupkom vratit ćemo ga na engleski:
2. -iz početnog ekrana (Homescreen-a) pritisnite lijevi Softkey pa 9,1,9,6 pa PLAVU TIPKU (nemojte prebrzo tipkati brojeve). Odaberite US English pritskom na plavu tipku , pa pritisnite lijevi SoftKey.
ISKLJUČITE MPX!!
3. UKLJUŠITE MPX!! .Stisnite «START» ,»MORE»,»SETTINGS»,»MORE»,»REGIONAL SETTINGS».
4. Izaberite «LOCALE» , pritisnite PLAVU TIPKU ,pa DONE.

NAPREDNA KONFIGURACIJA

1. Spojite mpx sa PC-om i otvorite ACTIVESYNC . Kliknite na «Explore» ,dvostruki klik miљem na «My Smartphone» i odite do Storage/Application Data/Home.
2. Downloadajte full.home.xml , otpakirajte «XIP» arhivu i kopirajte full.home.xml u \Storage\Application Data\Home
3. iskopirajte odabranu sliku za background ,preimenujte je u «Wallpaper.jpg»(mora biti 220x176 pixela),u \Storage\Application Data\Home
4. kreirajte «Startup» i «Shutdown» slike(.gif format ,220x176) ,imenujte ih «PowerUp.gif» i «PowerDown.gif» i iskopirajte u \Storage\Application Data\Home
5. iskopirajte odabranu sliku za vanjski ekran,koju ste imenovali ext.bmp, u \Storage\Application Data\Home ,
UKLANJANJE «GOTONE» I PODEŠAVANJE REDOSLIJEDA START MENU-A

2. Uz pomoć ActiveSync-a ,pritiskom na «Explore» odite u \Storage\Windows\Start Menu
3. izbrišite «GoTone» i «Customer Service»
5. Uz pomoć nekog «Registry editor-a» ,otidjite u HKEY_Current_user\Software\Microsoft\Shell\Start Menu
7. dvostruki klik mišem na «Order» ,izbrišite vrijednosti («Value») koji ne želite (kao «GoTone.lnk» i «Customer Service.lnk) i posložite si ostale linkove.Tim redom pojavit će vam se linkovi na ekranu kada pritisnete «Start»
8. otidjite do HKEY_Current_User\Software\Microsoft
\Shell\StartMRU
10. dvostrukim klikom miša odaberite «InitialOrder» ,izmjenite «Value» da odaberete koje ikone će biti na vrhu ekrana kada stisnete»Start»
11. Restartajte telefon!!

the values of these strings should be the name wanted.

Change Sounds
Go to the following path:

There choose the key you want and then change the “Sound” string.
If you want to disable a sound, change its value to “*none*”.

Bluetooth Name

Enable BT connection to full-fledged GPS, such as Smartphone CoPilot LIVE or Mapopolis

HKEY_CURRENT_USER/ControlPanel/Bluetooth Change the two values to '1'. Then delete any Bluetooth paired items on your Smartphone and re-pair your BT GPS receiver. Lastly set COM6 port (4800 baud) in Mapopolis and it should connect to satellites



changing the font size

1. Go to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\FontLink\Sy stemLink" and delete all keys and values there EXCEPT "Default & nina".

2. Edit the "nina" string value to: "\Storage\windows\Fonts\Thick.ttf,Thick"

3, Go to "HKLM\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT" and add a "key" and name it "FontPath".

4. Leave the "default" as it is of the newly created key and add a "string" value called "FontPath"

5. Edit the string value to read: \Storage\windows\Fonts

6. Close the registry editor

7. Using active sync, go to \windows directory and copy the "ninab.ttf" font file from the MAIN windows directory and copy it to your PC. Then rename it "Thick.ttf" and copy it back to \Storage\windows\Fonts

8. Reboot!!!


that didnt work for me although it seems to work for some people. so here is how i got it to work for me


1 ok here goes first , go to explore on the active sync go to windows and find the n i n a b. ttf

2 now copy that file to the font folder and thats at storage \ windows \ fonts.

3 you can close all that and open up your registry editor, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft

4 higlight microsoft and right click on it you will get a small pop up menu at the very top of this menu you have create a new key click on that

5 you will get a new pop up window , in the sub key type in FontPath and hit save

6 now go to this new registry key you just made and click on it on the right hand side you have a sub menu highlight it and right obove it there is a litle square with ab in it click on that , and you will get a menu pop up that says new value string

7 go down to value name and type in FontPath, under that it says value data type in the adress of the font which should be \Storage\windows\Fonts hit save and close the registry editor

8 now just turn your phone off and back on


to increase the volume (doesn’t work on asian roms)

This tweak improves the mpx220's camera quality.

2. Set Contrast value 5 and Brightness value 3
then some values must be adding if there are values then just change it.
3. from menu command new value and pushing dword value name is Saturation value data is 3
4. from menu command new value and pushing dword value name is Hue value data is 5
5. from menu command new value and pushing dword value name is Sharpness value data is 3
6. restart your phone

Jos malo igranja sa registrom, i mozete koristiti 1GB ili cak 2GB kartice na ovom telefonu! (Preko Registry Editora)

Tamo cete naci DWORD value za "storage limit" i ukucate 1024000 i moci cete da korististite i 1GB kartice! (Dupla vrednost za 2GB)

Jos jedan savet kako pojacati melodiju za zvono na telefonu, isprobano ma mpx220, ali mislim da ce biti korisno i za druge aparate, pa i druge o.s.

1: Do a google search for a free Mp3 to wav converter

2: Convert all you mp3 files to wav

4: Now on your PC (OS =XP) it START ~~ ALL PROGRAMS ~~ ACCESSORIES ~~ ENTERTAINMENT ~~ SOUND RECORDER.

5: after you have opened the sound recorder at the top hit EDIT ~~ INSERT FILE.... now in the new box that pops up locate the folder with files you just converted and select one by double clicking on it.

6: No with the file in the sound recorder play it and take note of how loud it is then hit , EFFECTS ~~ INCREASE VOLUME (BY 25%) do that about 4 times (you cando it a lot more if needed) and then listen to it again and make sure it does not sound distorted. If it does just hit EFFECTS ~~ DECREASE VOLUME.

7: Now you got it to the volume you wanted hit FILE ~~ SAVE AS and give iit a title and hit save.

8: to insert a new file hit FILE ~~ NEW and then start from steps 5 - 8 untill you've gottenall of them.

they are all going to be in wav formate after you finished so you can use a converter and convert them back to mp3 or you can use the windows movie maker and convert them to wma which to me is the best formate for your ringones to be in.



WAV and WMA are the two best formates for your ringtones to be in but in wav the files take up a lot more space than the WMA which plays just as good and takes up less space.

Slijedi glupo pitanje, ali bar je u skladu sa mojim nadimkom.
Da li ja sa ovim update-om mogu na svom mpx200 skočiti sa wm02 na tolko faljeni wm05. Ako nemogu da li bi neko bio bio ljubazan da mi kaže di mogu skinuti imiđe za flešanje na wm05 i pomogućnost active sync tip 4, jel ovi prijašnji linkovi ne delaju.

Čuo sam da postoje driveri s kojima kamera od MPX220 radi puno brže i daje puno bolju sliku,(zvuči logično pošto karakteristike kamere 1.3MPix i rezolucija
displaya nisu toliko loše koliko je loša slika)
Ako postoje dali neko zna gdje se mogu naći, i kako ih instalirati?
