Hi there,
Thanks for writing back. If those steps don't work, try changing the
password on your Google Account and then sign back into your device with
the new password.
Just in case, I've included instructions below:
1. Sign in at
http://www.google.com/
2. Click your email address in the upper-right part of the screen
3. Select "Account settings"
4. Go to the "Changing your password" link
5.
If the issue continues unresolved or if you have additional questions,
