EDIT: Koliko kužim moraš imati sinkronizirane kontakte preko Outlooka da bi ih mogao exportat na SIM.

- Import or create your contacts into your outlook account.
- On the wp8 set the contacts to filter from outlook. Wait a bit, new contacts will show up under Phone or People
- There should now be the option to export to SIM
