"Try the following, it should work

1. Goto http://europe.nokia.com/get-support-...w/get-settings

2. Select Download Advanced Settings

3. Follow the instructions, when prompted to select the phone model, select Nokia 6131 as your phone model. This step is important although your phone is not a 6131

4. On the next page, select Nokia software (firmware) update over-the-air

5. Follow the rest of the instructions and save the settings once you receive them

Hope this helps, the settings although intended for the 6131 should work on the 5800 as well."
