Can someone help me how to clean .sis files from my mobile.
They are maybe hiden somewhere or with any other code to reset all the phone,because my phone memory is full.

Try using Fexplorer. It shows you which files are stored on your 7650. If you want I can send it to you. Just send me PM with you e-mail adress.

Or you can format your phone with reset code *#7370# but before make a backup because you will lose all data(contacts,messages...). And before you do that recharge the phone!
