the taiwanische manufacturer Transcend announced as a first company for Siemens S65 used memory cards. The maximum datentransfer of the map is indicated for 2,5 MB/s. The announced maps have a size of 128 MT and 256 MT. The 128 MT map is inclusive adapters according to manufacturer then 64? cost.

Here an excerpt of the press text:
"R-S-mmc the smallest Flash map of the world with masses of 24x18x1,4mm is actual and weighs about only 1 gram. Over the R-S MMC adapter the map is compatibly with almost all usual MP3-Playern, digital Camcordern, Handheld computers, mobile telephones and other devices, those over a memory card slot orders."
