ma nisam mislio na cijeli postupak, nego od koraka kad imaš certifikat pa nadalje...

New Open Signed Developer Certificate request

Following the re-enablement of Developer Certificates (Open Signed) this morning we have continued to have issues with our hardware. Developer Certificate creation has been disabled temporarily again (15:00 UK Time 11th Feb) and will be re-enabled on 12th February at approximately 08:00 UK Time. We apologise for the contining problems, this measure has been taken to ensure that the site is stable for Express and Certified Signed submissions.
