Ok people here is the steps how you can unlock youre 6315 :

1. Enable the Phone feature !!!!

2. START -> SETTINGS -> PHONE BAND

3. TAP THE KEYBOARD ICON (small, down right corner )

4. tap SHIFT , tap CTRL

5. tap under BAND SELECTION rectangle (white space)

a menu will apear where u need to enter the code i provide for you for 20$ based on imei.
