Problem sa HP-ovim digitalcem

Ovako, radi se o modelu HP Photosmart M417. Star je godinu i nesto i prije par mjeseci pocelo mi se desavat to da se napunjene baterije istrose nakon 2-3 okinute slike. Prvo sam pomislila da je problem u baterijama, no onda sam probala baterije od prijateljice (koje u njenom aparatu rade normalno) i desila se ista stvar, ali probala sam jos jedne (vartine, relativno nove) i opet ista stvar. Dakle definitivno nije do baterija. Kontakti za baterije koliko mogu okom vidjet su neosteceni, cak dapace sjaje se. Naime, garancija je istekla, ne usudim se nosit ga na servis da me ne opeljese prije nego saznam bar u cemu bi mogao bit problem. Ukoliko bi netko mogao znat u cemu je problem, molim da mi pomogne. Nesto oko elektronike aparata, definitvno trebas u servis.Napomeni im da ti jave koliko bi okvirno dosao popravak.

Kako je Raul rekao vjerojatno je nešto do elektronike (možda kondenzator za bljeskalicu ili nešto slično).
Iako ti je garancija istekla možeš nazvati servis pa ih pitati jesu li imali sličnih iskustava s tim aparatima i što oni pretpostavljaju da bi moglo biti.
Također odeš na stranice proizvođača pa tamo pogledaš ima li išta o tome.

I am so friggin mad! I keep changing them and changing them and NOTHING works! I get a few pics here and there but it is so frustrating. I took it to my little sister's birthday party, all charged up. And BAM it stops working. I was SO MAD! So if for some reason I complain and get another one, is that one eventually going to start doing the same thing after a while? Should I just not even bother and get a new camera!?? Not HP apparently..."

Evo, za pocetak sam poslala mail sa njihove stranice, pa cemo vidjet sta oni kazu, onda kad mi odgovore cu zvat servis pa sta bude... U svakom slucaju, hvala.

Edit: Stigao odgovor da napravim reset fotica i ak ne pomogne da skinem novi firmware i da bi to kao trebalo pomoc... hm...ne znam kakve to veze moze imat, al duboko se nadam da je tak jednostavno.

NOTE: If the firmware version ends in _RF (e.g. V0.730_RF) then this firmware update is not compatible with your camera and is not needed.

Izgleda da nista od toga...

Evo da se malo pozalim ponovo...otisla sam u ovlasteni servis sa foticem, a tamo su mi rekli da oni to ne popravljaju ako nije pod garancijom i rekli u koji servis da odem. Tamo je frajer reko da je elektronika i da ga nitko u Hrvatskoj ne moze popravit jer se ne mogu nabavit dijelovi i naravno, nisam jedina, jos je ljudi dolazilo s HP-om, ali nista se ne moze. Eto, mogu ga bacit u smece...
