To ti je netko uzeo hotfixeve koje je MS objavio nakon SP2 i skupio ih zajendo. SP nastaje kad izađe dovoljno hotfixeva, pa ih Microsoft sve skupi zajendo (recimo njih 100 ili 200) i izda ih kao jedan veliki hotfix, zvan SP. Tako je nastao i SP2, od fixeva koji su izašli nakon SP1. A tako će i SP3 nastat od fixeva nakon SP2.
Tako je dotični gospodin stavio sve dosad izašle hotfixeve zajedno, i nazvao to SP3. Bez Microsoftovog blagoslova, nartavno. Plus je još dodao razne kerefeke unutra (bootscreenove, teme, Office, Firefox itd).

Tako da to nije Microsoft official SP3, nego neki privremeni mix svega i svačega.
