I tryed for my first time ICQ and i think i got lost. I am not good with it.

I allready have an account on ICQ , I entered with it and when I try to contact with
333-999-888 , I only get some details for the person and a telephone number.
Am i doing something wrong? do I need to call the number ?
What.....?????
