I've searched Internet for WM2005 ROM for my mpx200, but with no results. One thing is sure, WM2003SE was never released, because it was developed only for Pocket PC platform. It is public secret, that Microsoft engineers are playing with mpx200, that have WM2005 beta.

So, my conclusion is that WM2005 is possible for mpx200, just have to find it.

If, anyone have experience with this, please share it with us...

Have ever read the WM 5.0 review? Just do it! Maybe you will see system requirements for WM 5.0. Do you guys know that you can not even install WM 2003 CE on your devices?
64 Mb and min 200Mhz required!
Now personally to you, Brunet! What do you mean WM 2003 CE was never released? It is installed on the hell of devices. Rumors that smart guys from Microsoft are playing with WM 5.0 installed on MPx200 - bullshit. Even MPx220 with Magneto (beta) is hardly working. Slow like... I saw it by myself. I have WM 5.0 installation file on my hard drive for already one month... It is useless for MPx200 - believe me. Maybe in several months some guys will make some kinda compillation or extraction from WM 5.0 for MPx200. We will see...

Andrew, dont be so mad about my comment.
Things are cleared now, with your description of OS releases. I understand that sounds like putting XP on Pentium I. OK.

But, I must say, that many people on Internet say something like : "I have WM2005 ROM for mpx200 at home, local disk, but I don't have time to test, upload, e.t.c." BullShit!

Why is it so well hidden or it does not exist ?
Now, I have second opinion.

Microsoft, Motorola and others wish to sell new models, not to provide upgrade.
That's all...
