2006 Real Soccer lets you play along with 48 national teams (16 to unlock), 16 club teams, or seven all-star teams (to unlock) and participate in ten different competitions. Try to qualify for the world's biggest soccer showdown of 2006, shoot for victory at the finals in Germany, or take part in an international or European cup or league. You'll also find the top 1000 players in the world, including Djibril Cissé, Andrei Shevchenko, and Oliver Kahn, licensed by FIFPRO, plus the leading European club teams (updated February 2006).
Every team is made up of 16 players, each with eight characteristics, bringing a different profile and playability to each line-up. The game's isometric 3D graphics are stunningly realistic and have never been seen before on mobile phones! Get totally immersed in the details, player animation, and stadium atmosphere. The definition shown in the grass, the angry fans, the smoke, and the confetti will draw you right into the middle of the stadium.
The gameplay guarantees hours and hours of fun. Not only is the pick-up-and-play perfect for everyone, but you can take the simulation even further by learning how to master all the different special moves: the one-two, the header, the volley, the through-ball, the bicycle kick, the shot “on fire”, or the special characteristic moves for star players. And for easier play, a radar provides an overall view of the field, while an off-sides indicator lets you avoid wasting valuable goal-scoring opportunities. Finally, use the Replay mode to watch and analyze the action in slow motion after each goal or spectacular event. But to win, you'll also have to know how to manage your team. By replacing the players who are worn out or have low morale, or by changing the tactics and line-up before or during the match, you'll improve your team's skill level. Lastly, tackle the training mode to learn how to manage your team better and take on the penalty kicks challenge to practice against the goalkeeper.
