Radi se o skinu Windows XP. Od cijelog skina iskoristio samo uvodnu i odjavnu animaciju, analogni sat i wallpaper, al sve skupa ne izgleda lošo. :thumbup:

A di si nasao temu od Xp-a ili skin?
I kako si ga ubacio na mob?
I ja imam E550 pa malo reci .... :-)
Ako znas nesto...
Skin ubacujem sa P2K, imaš u starijim threadovima objašnjeno kako. Ako se s tim igraš igraj se sa skinom Neon, da ti se nebi zacrnio display,a onda imaš problem.
Puno gotovih skinova imaš na http://www.extremewap.com/moto/index...tory&Itemid=40
Registracija je besplatna pa onda možeš većinu besplatno i skinuti.
Tamo imaš i tool MotoSkin s kojim možeš mijenjati .ski fileove.
Uglavnom, prvo sa P2K izbrišeš postojeće fileove u skinu neon, a onda uploadaš novi skin u isti direktorij na mob. Oprez!!!! Sve fileove u skinu koji ćeš uploadat na mob moraš preimenovat u Neon. Dakle Neon.dat, Neon.ski, Neon1.dat i tako dalje.
Prije nego bilo što počneš izaberi na mobu neki drugi skin,pa onda upload i izabereš Neon, pa ćeš vidjet promjene.
Prije brisanja originalnog Neon skina backupiraj ga na komp, zlu ne trebalo.
Sa MotoSkin toolsom možeš mijenjati sve u skinu ( boje,oblik analognog sata, ikonice i sve drugo) pa zato pažljivo.

This skin pack contains two versions:
1. The first, located in the /default_icons/ folder is the skin without the embedded icon
set. This skin, which is much smaller in size (140 KB), takes advantage of the icons embedded
within the default Moto skin already installed on your phone.
2. The second, located in the /embedded_icons/ folder, is the skin with a full icon set
embedded, and is therefore, much larger (557 KB).
The /embedded_icons/ version also contains icons that replace the Cingular-branded icons
that are found in the 57R flash. These icons are located in /embedded_icons/picture/.
The 57R firmware flash, by default, has startup and shutdown animations and sound
enabled. The 64R flash must be SEEM edited to enable these features (refer to
the forum threads listed in "readme.txt").

a. In this guide, you will be using PST 6.7 GENERAL (must be installed and patched) to flex your
phone with an additional skin directory. Until recently, it was only possible to
replace the Moto, Scarlet, or Silver (V3-specific) skin directories with *.dat and
*.ski files that started with that skin's name.
b. Now, due to the h4x0r abilities of s5vi and Netuddki (users on www.howardforums.com),
it is possbile to add skin directories, thus adding new skins to your phone's
Settings > Personalize > Skin menu. Quite neat indeed.
c. DO NOT ASK me or any civilized person WHERE to get PST 6.7 GENERAL and its patch/crack. It is considered
illegal warez and cannot be provided for public download on http://skins.pagefusion.com. Use Google to find
it. (Might I suggest a domain that ends in .ru? haha) YEAH RUSSIA ROCKS!!!! W00t w00t!
d. Alternative: You DON'T have to flex your phone to be able to install those skins based on the Scarlet skin (most are).
Just rename the /skins/[skinname].ski and /skins/[skinname].dat files (from the zip archive) to Scarlet.ski,
Scarlet*.dat, etc. and then upload the skin to your /a/mobile/skins/Scarlet directory. Of course, it's always
cool to know that you have 12+ skins on your phone...

b. Those responsible for this guide, PST, and other hacks used to modify your phone are provided without

c. Also, DO NOT DELETE YOUR Moto skin. It is the default skin that provides icons for every other skin that
doesn't have icons embedded. Deleting your Moto skin will cause many problems and the only remedy is to
re-flash your phone.

Understand the difference between CREATE and DELETE Flexes
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Most skin developers with brains will provide both a CREATE Flex and DELETE Flex for the
skin they've produced.
These two files should adhere to the following naming convention:
[skinname].hs (e.g. XPBLue.hs)
d[skinname].hs (e.g. dXPBlue.hs)
For convenience, the CREATE flex SHOULD NOT have a proceeding 'c' in the filename (e.g. cXPBlue.hs)
because this forces users to rename the flex file to the exact name of the skin (an additional step
we can do without during skin installation).
When flex files are opened and processed, THE FILENAME SHOULD BE THE SAME NAME AS THE SKIN
DIRECTORY (CASE SENSITIVE).

1. Open Motorola PST (6.7_GENERAL)
- Go to File > Open > pFlex
- Browse to directory containing *.hs files, select [skinname].hs and press the "Open" button.
- A dialog entitled "pFLEX" will open. Just hit the "Run" button.
(PST will suspend your phone, and the flex will be added. DO NOT DISTURB THIS PROCESS.)
3. When success message displays, close PST.
4. Open P2KTools:
- Change to P2K Mode (if necessary)
- Connect (press the "Connect" button.)
- Optional: Press the "Refresh" button (left side, below) to view phone's directory tree.
- Using the "Use upload path" field (at the lower left), type "/a/mobile/skins/[skinname]/"
(e.g. "/a/mobile/skins/XPBlue/" without quotes. "XPBlue" obviously refers to the skin that you're
installing.) BE SURE TO HAVE THE SLASH ("/") AT THE END OF THE PATH.
- Press "Upload" button (left, middle)
- (Browse dialog opens.) Select all skin (*.ski, *.dat) files in the /skins directory from your skin's Zip archive
and press the "Open" button.
- P2KTools will automatically create the "[skinname]" (e.g. "XPBlue") folder under your phone's "/a/mobile/skins"
directory and upload the skin files (all with file attribute 70000; world readable/writeable) within.
5. (Optional) Bring your phone out of suspend mode, re-connect to P2KTools, and refresh the directory
tree to verify that the new skin directory now exists and that the skin files (*.dat, .ski) exist
within.
6. Bring your phone out of suspend mode (if necessary), go to Settings > Personalize > Skin
Your new skin should be listed and you should be able to select it.

Use this same process to add other skins to your phone. REMEMBER, the skin directory (XPBlue) must have the same
name as the *.hs file ("XPBlue.hs") and new skin directory ("/a/mobile/skins/XPBlue"). The number of skins is
limited to the file space available on your phone.
The utility used to output CREATE and DELETE flexes is called dir2flex, developed by s5vi using Netuddki's flex
translation algorithm. You may download this utility from http://skins.pagefusion.com.

Za one koji nerazumiju:
Instalirate PST Phone Programmer spojite mobitel sa kompjuterom pokrenete PST odete na File > Open > pFlex i odaberete XPBlue.hs za stvaranje ili dXPBlue.hs za brisanje direktorije. Nakon tkoga pokrenete P2KTools ili nešto slično i odaberete na dnu P2KTools-a opciju use upload path to postavite na /a/mobile/skins/XPBlue/ i ubacite u mobitel:

XPBlue2.dat
XPBlue.ski
te nakon toga još samo prepište već postoječe datoteke u a/
custgoodbye.gif (Animacija prilikom Gašenju)
