[Desire HD] Problem sa "unable to mount fs r/w"

Desire HD, root napravljen sa Visionary r14, S-OFF sa Easy Radio Toolom.
Problem se javlja u aplikaciji RootTools, koju god opciju odaberem (Block most ads, install custm animation i ostalo) dobijem grešku "Unable to remount filesystem read/write"

U VISOINary je označeno "Run V.sh after root", "Set system r/w after root" i osabrao sam "Atempt Permroot now"
