Can someone help me how to transfer my phonebook from sl45i to sx-1/contacts.,,from PC or IRDA.

This is a croatian forum, but since you are already here... ;D
You can send all of your contacts over irda to sx1. I think there is a "Send All" item in phonebook options. Other solution is to synchronize you contacts from sl45i with MS Outlook, and then sync it with SX1.
That's about it...
